This is an interview I did for Penmancy’s Penkonnect with esteemed authors L. Aruna Dhir and Aashisha Chakraborty.
We discussed Women in the Workforce who write about their career experiences as memoirs or stories. We had a very insightful discussion that touched upon leadership, opportunities for women, the casual sexism and harassment women face, and the honesty with which an autobiographical narrative is written.
