My Story ‘Rebel Without A Cause’ featured in the 2024 IFP (India Film Project) anthology. This story was the Platinum winner of the fifty-hour writing challenge.

A young man flings Paneer Butter Masala at a painting in a gallery to protest against rising tomato prices. While the painting’s artist is devastated, a melee unfolds with activists and advertisers joining in to drive their agendas.

Komolika is a silent spectator who is amused at the sudden turn of events and the spectrum of causes highlighted. But what are the protesting activist’s real intentions? Is inflation his genuine concern or is there something deeper? This satire raises questions about destroying art in the name of activism.
