My story ‘A Concert, A Clown, and a Confession‘ was shortlisted among 800 entries across the world for the 2024 H.G. Wells Short Story Competition based on the prompt, ‘The Fool’. When a reformed ex-convict struggles to connect with his teenage daughter, help comes to him in the form of an international pop sensation’s lyrics. This story is about loss, love, and healing with a contemporary twist.
